GAL-ESH LTD. manufactures meat processing equipment. This firm has built post packaging pasteurizers and chillers for the last 10 years. About 20 units are operating in Israel, England and Holland. Several plants use multiple units.

These machines are patented in the U.S. and Europe. The patent covers a unique method of hot water and chilled glycol or brine applications to heat and chill the packaged meat products. The ratio of liquid to meat is very closely controlled, therefore the energy required to heat or chill is utilized very efficiently. The machines are compact, very well built, easily sanitized and demand little maintenance. The company provides energy tables, heat penetration data, as well as test results of listeria inoculated packs conducted by an independent laboratory

Because of the compact machine design, we are very competitively priced. The costs of operation, maintenance and sanitation are much lower than our competition. This machine was designed and tested in a turkey processing plant.
We are able to build a machine in 14 weeks from date of order.
